Overview

Dunyagoz has a total of 18 clinics, all of which are situated in Turkey and Europe. Specializing in eye health care, the experienced team is composed of over 150 professionals and approximately 1500 medical staff.

The clinics are located in the Turkish cities of Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Izmit, Adana, Samsun, and Gaziantep. There are also clinics situated across Europe, in Holland, Germany, and England.

The medical tourism department operates a ground transportation service between the airport and the Dunyagoz hospital. They also offer additional translation and interpretation services in 7 different languages. The building of Dunyagoz Ankara is spread over 18 floors. With a monthly average of 3,000 foreign patient treatments, the Dunyagoz group are integral to the development of ophthalmology in Europe. The centers also include five-star hotel facilities and advanced technology.

Location
The Dunyagoz Ankara center is only a 35 minute drive from Ankara Esenboga Airport. It is located on Tunus Caddesi, which is one of the main streets in Ankara.

Ankara is the Turkish capital and the countries second largest city. A modern European metropolis, it is the seat of the Turkish Government and has firm historical ties with the ancient ruins of Roman, Byzantine, Hellenistic, Phrygian, and Ottoman empires.

Situated only a ten minute drive from the clinic, are important cultural sites. These include the Anitkabir, or "Memorial tomb", of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who was the founder of the first Republic of Turkey. There is also the Museum of Industrial Technology, Cengelhan Rahmi M. Koc, where original machines, and scientific and mechanical objects are housed. On view in the permanent exhibition, is a 1940's submarine, a 50's sports car, and an old Istanbul tram from the 1930's.
