Since 2010, the Federal Scientific and Clinical Center of Russia has been providing medical assistance to athletes of the national teams of Russia and the Olympic reserve. The direction of sports medicine is intensively developing at the Federal Center for Scientific and Technical Research, in-depth medical examinations of athletes of the national teams of Russia are being conducted. The clinic’s specialists are tasked with a comprehensive assessment of the health status of athletes in professional sports of the highest achievements, taking into account the balance between the highest sports form and the danger of overstrain of body systems.
