Over the years, the hospital has traditionally developed organ-preserving surgery for tumors of bones, lungs, breast, kidneys. Many original options for operations on the esophagus, organs of the pancreatoduodenal zone, larynx and pharynx have been developed and put into practice. Autologous transplantation of the patient’s tissues is widely used to close extensive defects, to replace deleted fragments or whole bones, and plastic restoration of the mammary gland.
