    One of the main directions of our work is to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases. For this purpose, there is a clinic at the institute equipped with the most advanced diagnostic and medical equipment. Two tasks - research and treatment - are inextricably linked in the work of our employees. The combination of basic research and practical work with patients was one of the basic principles of the institute, developed by its supervisor Natalya Petrovna Bekhtereva.
