Liposuction is a surgical procedure to remove fat from beneath the skin. The procedure is performed with a narrow suction device. Some devices use ultrasound to help break down fat. Liposuction can be used to target a range of areas, including abdomen, hips, thighs, calves, arms, buttocks, back, neck, or face.
Liposuction can target stubborn, unwanted fat deposits in patients who are slightly overweight or who have a normal weight, but have fat build-ups in one area. Liposuction is not recommended as a treatment for obesity, as surgeons can only remove a limited amount of fat.

An arm lift, also referred to as a brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure to firm and reshape the upper arms. The surgeon may use liposuction to remove excess fat and skin and reposition the remaining skin to tighten it.
An arm lift procedure may be recommended for patients with a lot of loose skin on the arms, or patients with large hanging fat deposits. Loose arm skin (often called "bingo wings") is common after considerable weight loss.
Patients with small amounts of loose skin should not consider surgery as it can leave a big scar. Generally, the surgery is only recommended if the transformation will be dramatic enough to justify the scarring.
Many clinics offer minimally invasive options however, traditionally the surgeon makes an incision in the arm extending from the elbow, up to the armpit. As the scar is on the inside of the arm, it is hidden a lot of the time but may still be seen. Patients should consider whether the benefits of the surgery outweigh the potential scarring.

Brazilian butt lift

A Brazilian butt lift is a procedure which grafts fat from one area of the body and transfers this to the butt, in order to create a fuller bottom. By removing the patient's own fat and transferring it, it reduces the risk of the body rejecting it.
The fat is removed via liposuction from one area of the body, usually from the lower back, flanks, stomach or thighs, and transferred to the buttocks to create a rounder, firmer, and fuller look. By using fat, it is easier to shape than butt implants, making it easier to create the desired look. In addition, using fat means getting rid of fat from unwanted areas, while transferring it the buttocks to get a better shape.
The patient will need to have enough fat in order to remove it, therefore the procedure is not suitable for patients who are very thin and unable to gain weight, therefore butt implants may be considered to be a better option.
The procedure may be performed in conjunction with hip augmentation, abdominoplasty and breast augmentation.
Once the Brazilian lift is complete, usually around 70% of the fat that is transferred is retained in the buttocks and the other 30% is usually reabsorbed by the body. Patients should try to maintain their weight after the procedure as gaining or losing weight may impact the buttocks and the results of the surgery.

Breast implant removal is the surgical removal of previously inserted implants and can be removed for a number of reasons. Implants generally need to be replaced every 8 to 10 years and some patients may decide to have them removed and not to replace them, or they may be removed in order to change the size.
Breast implants may also be removed if the patient no longer wants the implants for personal reasons, or sometimes it may be necessary to remove breast implants for medical reasons, particularly if there is complications with the implants.
Breast implant removal often incorporates a breast lift in the same surgery, in the cases where women are not having the implants replaced. Without a breast lift, the breasts may sag as a result of removing the implants.
